This privacy policy tells you how we use personal information collected at registration for our classes, from e-mail messages that you have sent or from our Mailchimp mailing list. Please read this privacy policy before submitting any personal information. Espíritu Flamenco promises to respect and keep safe any personal data you share with us. We aim to be clear when we collect your data and not do anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect. We will delete your data when requested to do so.
We will only send marketing communications to those that have requested us to do this via registration form or email, or signed up to our newsletter.
By using the web site and mailing list you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You may give us your information in order to register for a class, purchase tickets for an event, pay for a service, provide feedback, or communicate with us. You may provide us with the following information during the above scenarios:

- Your marketing preferences
Direct Marketing
Only with your consent, we will contact you to let you know about our latest news, classes and events. We use Mailchimp to manage our newsletters, their privacy policy is here. Occasionally, we may include information from partner organisations or organisations who support us in these communications, but we won't share your details with any third parties. Only when running an event in partnership with another named organisation your details may need to be shared. We will be very clear what will happen to your data when you register. You can always opt out from our newsletters or email us at espiritu.flamenco@virginmedia.com to remove your details from our database. We also use email to contact people who attend our dance classes and workshops, email us at espiritu.flamenco@virginmedia.com to remove your details from our email list.
We may need to disclose your details if required to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors. We will only ever share your data in other circumstances if we have your explicit and informed consent.
Financial Transactions
Financial transactions relating to our services are handled by direct transfer or via ticket booking sites. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
